At B.C.E Sports Performance, our mission is to develop and empower young athletes by providing a comprehensive training system designed to elevate their performance both physically and mentally. We believe in building the youth one step at a time, focusing on progressive development that enhances their skills, confidence, and overall athletic ability.
Our specialized training includes:
• Speed & Agility – Improving quickness, reaction time, and overall athletic explosiveness.
• Strength & Conditioning – Building endurance, power, and injury prevention techniques.
• Sport-Specific Training – Tailored drills and exercises designed to maximize performance in any position.
• Core & Mental Training – Strengthening the foundation of athletic movement while instilling discipline, focus, and a winning mindset.
At B.C.E Sports Performance, we are committed to helping athletes reach their full potential by providing top-tier training and mentorship. Whether they are just starting out or striving for elite competition, we prepare them for success—one step at a time.

BCE will provide skill specific workouts, strength and conditioning sessions, chalk talk sessions, and yoga sessions. Please turn on your post notifications and be on the lookout for everything we have on the way.
Tuesdays- 6:00pm-7:30pm
Thursdays-6:00pm-7:30pm
Saturdays- 11:00am-12:30pm
We offer weekly bundles. We ask that all parents let us know their availability by Monday of each week and have payment in by Tuesday for what bundle you choose for the week. We do this to make sure you don’t have to lock into sessions you may not be able to make during each week. You are given the opportunity to create your own training schedule on a weekly basis.
1 day weekly package-$50
2 day weekly package- Tuesday & Thursday $75
3 day weekly package- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday $100
